Rule L5.1If your sight picture was correct, you should have your shots close together. This is called a grouping.
Rule L5.1Anyone who has all shots grouped together has a correct sight picture.
Rule L5.1If the person's position and movements are consistent, they may only need to adjust the rear sight if not hitting in the 10 ring.
Rule L5.1If you have a group of hits on the target and they are not in the center of the bullseye, you will have to adjust your sight.

Rule L5.2The rule for sight adjustment is: Move the rear sight in the same direction you want the BB to move on the target.
Rule L5.2If you want the BB to hit further to the right, move the rear sight to the right.
Rule L5.2If you want the BB to hit further to the left, move the rear sight to the left.
Rule L5.2If you want the BB to hit higher on the target, move the rear sight up.
Rule L5.2If you want the BB to hit lower on the target, move the rear sight down.
Rule L5.2The purpose of moving your sights is to have all your shots hitting in the center of the bullseye. Move your sights in the direction of the bullseye.
